The URJ aims to expose more undergraduates to research and help them reach their full potential.
Vision
The URJ seeks to empower students from all disciplines. We aim to promote respect and provide equal access for students from all backgrounds.
Goals
The URJ strives to increase the number and diversity of students participating in research, ultimately establishing a community where students are comfortable participating in undergraduate research.
We respect and grant equal opportunities for all students regardless of cultural, linguistic, regional, national backgrounds, age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic and academic circumstances, religious or ideological beliefs.
